Single-variety jams

Our single-variety jams are made by hand with love and care from fully ripe, aromatic fruits. We pick and process the fruit by hand. The jams are gently cooked in small quantities in copper kettles. The preservation of old varieties is particularly important to us. Our own fruit cultivation ensures quality, variety and species preservation in our region.

Due to the small quantities and the constantly changing range depending on the harvest time, you can only purchase our Haas jams in our shop in Pretzfeld - while stocks last.
